Due to limited operating procedures as a result of COVID-19, the Court will allow filings to be submitted via website upload system. Filings that require a filing fee will not be accepted by the Court via website upload system. Please note, filings received by the Court will be filed the same or next business day, dependent on the time received and staffing levels. If a document(s) does not meet filing requirements, a court clerk will contact you directly. The Civil Division can be reached directly by calling (734) 374-1328. In addition to the website upload system, filings continue to be accepted by mail, court vestibule during business hours (mask required), or drop-box outside the entrance to the building 24/7.
