30 Minute Room

THE NEW 30 MINUTE ROOM includes pictures of our very own personal trainer NICK HICKS,demonstrating a variety of exercises to receive a total body workout in just 30 minutes. This room is open to all members and customers at the recreation center.

Exercises offered include:

Wall Squats, Overhead Extension, Tension Band Biceps, Dead Lifts, Step Ups, Superman, Inner Thigh Squeeze, Abs, Side Bends, Side Raises.

You should spend 30 seconds at each station. We recommend jogging in place for 15 to 20 seconds between stations and You should go around the room twice to achieve a total body workout in just 30 MINUTES.
