ANIMAL SHELTER is not accepting surrenders due to capacity issues

The Taylor Animal Shelter is at full capacity and will not accept any animal surrenders. Intake may be on hold for a few weeks until adoptions take place to free up space. The shelter will continue to accept strays.
It should also be noted that anyone visiting the shelter should NOT bring their animal into the building without clearance by the staff. Animals must be examined by animal control officers at the employee entrance before they are allowed into the building.
