    All utility clearance notices must be on file prior to issuance of the demolition permit. If the structure(s) is on city sewer, then disconnect and capping of the sewer requires a sewer permit and inspection by the plumbing inspector. Septic tanks must be pumped and removed. Absolutely NO material may be buried on the site.

    8. Performance Bond Application (refundable cash bond)
