    Creative landscaping design, preservation of natural features in keeping within the city ordinances, but significantly greater than what is required.

    Architecture and design in keeping with the design of the community and significantly greater than what is required by city ordinance.

    Applicant can demonstrate a history of significant community involvement and support in their current location, as well as commitment to support the City of Taylor in the future by being involved in civic activities.
  18. D.
    Other conditions or unique circumstances favorable to the City of Taylor.
  19. A through D equaling 2.5 points each. It is possible to qualify with all four descriptions equaling up to 10 points. Sum each description related to your project accordingly.
