The Aerobic Department will be taking off the Week of July 3rd -July 10th. Our instructors work very hard and our in need of some rest and recuperation to better serve you.

Fabulous Abs:

Nothing but abs! Tighten, strengthen and tone your abs and lower back through a series of low to high repetition exercises.
90 Min. Aerobic Dance and toning

Begin with a low intensity exercise and transition into light sculpting and toning using weights and tension bands.
Weight Training:

Low intensity strengthening class using weights and tension bands to sculpt and tone.
Cardio Kickboxing:

Kick and punch your way through this great cardio workout.
Step:
Fridays 9:30am
Improve your coordination and balance skills using basic step patterns.
Fitball Total Body
Monday 5:30pm
High energy movements using weights. Occasionally using multiple benches. Great calorie burner!
Step Circuit:
Mondays 9:30am
Wednesdays 9:30am or 5:30pm
High intensity step movements incorporating weights and tension bands.
Fitball/Total Abs:
Thursdays 6:30pm

Incorporates cardio with weights to increase caloric burn and improve balance using the fitball as a base. 30 minutes to tighten, strengthen and tone abs.
Boot Camp:
Monday 5:00am, 6:30pm

An intense and challenging interval training using cardio to strengthen and tone. GREAT FAT BURNER.
Weight Training/Bosu:
Tuesday 6:30 pm NOW AT 5:30 PM TOO!!!!!!!!!!
Complete body workout using the bosu for core training along with weights for muscular training enhancing overall balance
Cardio Interval:
Sunday 1:00 pm ONLY 4 WEEKS
A cardio class that mixes traditional floor aerobics with step intervals with aerobics
