Kim Batko is the instructor. Taijifit is a mind/body exercise that combines the best of traditional tai chi with modern western fitness. It's a workout appropriate for any age or fitness level and has you experiencing the flow of tai chi whether it's your first class or 100th.

A Matter of Balance (MOB) is an 8-week workshop for people who are concerned about falling. This workshop can help you learn to prevent falls, manage falls, make safe changes at home and improve balance and flexibility. MOB Includes: ? Participant Workbook ? Flipside is the entertainment and a catered meal will be served. The deadline to purchase tickets is November 9.

Instructor is Bob Niemczewski. Each month the whole class will create a new painting together. Bob will show you how to paint the same picture as he demonstrates step-by-step instructions.
