If you have a group interested in registering to vote and would like the clerk to attend an event to assist in registering voters, please contact the Clerk's Office.
If you would like to register to vote via the US Mail, please click on "Election Info" (at the side of the page) to access the mail request form. You can also print an absentee ballot request for the upcoming elections by going to the same page. Feel free to email the Clerk's Office with any questions you may have. Remember, every vote counts, so please exercise your right to do so.

In addition to the services listed above, the City Clerk's Office is the custodian of all City records and keeps a permanent copy of the proceedings of all boards and commissions.
CONCERNING THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION:
Public Notice to City of Taylor Voters: In an effort to clear up any confusion on the upcoming March 8, 2016 presidential primary, please read the following statement:
Michigan’s March 8, 2016 presidential primary will be conducted as a “closed” primary. Normally, all of Michigan’s primaries are “open," meaning that a voter is not required to request a specific party’s ballot. For the March 8, 2016 presidential primary, all voters must indicate if they wish to receive the Republican Party ballot or Democratic Party ballot. This is the same procedure that was followed in prior years Presidential Primary Elections.
