Schedule announced for 2011 Junior League World Series in Taylor

The schedule for the 31st annual Junior League Baseball World Series has been announced.

Opening ceremonies of the international tournament for the world's best teams of 13- and 14-year-old ballplayers take place Saturday at Taylor’s Heritage Park, 12111 Pardee Road. Games get under way Sunday and conclude with the world championship game at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 20.
