UPDATE: SNOW EMERGENCY IS NOW OFF IN THE CITY OF TAYLOR
Mayor Rick Sollars has taken the City of Taylor out of SNOW EMERGENCY conditions as of this morning, Monday, February 10.
Due to a heavy snowfall on Wednesday, February 5, the City declared a SNOW EMERGENCY at noon that day. The SNOW EMERGENCY conditions remained in effect throughout the rest of the week and through the weekend, due to falling temperatures and predictions of more snow.
Today (Monday, February 10), tomorrow (Tuesday, February 11) and Wednesday (February 12) are predicted to be very cold under partially or very sunny skies. Long-range predictions show flurries Thursday (February 13) with snow showers possible on Valentine's Day, Friday, February 14.
