Sam DiCicco is the Constituent Relations Manager to the Mayor. He often focuses on special projects, including the City's Good to Great Neighborhood Improvement Program. His office is located in the Mayor's suite on the second floor at City Hall. He works during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
