- Food and Beverage Manager
Monitor all food and beverage operations on a
day to day basis to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. Develop
strategies to achieve financial objectives and monitor costs to comply with
budget requirements. Recruit, hire, supervise, schedule, motivate and
guide food and beverage staff in their job duties. Order and monitor both
food and liquor inventory on a weekly and monthly basis. Coordinate with
event facilitator to ensure quality and satisfaction of all special events.
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Job Description/Skills: Primary
responsibilities include: Cooking,
plating and garnishing orders. Prep and
portion control. Broiler, grill, fryer,
sauté and pantry experience needed. Weekly and daily cleaning and maintenance
of all cooking areas. Cleaning and maintenance of food and beverage storage
facilities and refrigeration and cooking appliances. Ability to communicate
with all staff members and supervisors and listen effectively. Banquet/Catering experience desirable.
be $9.00 per hour. Hours range
from 20 to 30 hours per week. Must be
available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. Shift times vary depending on events and
other business activities.
