Safe Halloween will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, October 31, at Heritage Park, 12111 Pardee Road. The fun and safe event is free to children 10 and under. It allows kids to trick or treat along the path in the park’s historical village, collecting candy from City of Taylor Golf, Parks and Recreation staff. Hot chocolate, apple cider and donuts will be served to the children, while supplies last. Children should be in a costume and must be accompanied by an adult. No registration is needed.
