Taylor police records office hours reduced

Beginning May 5, the Taylor Police Department Records Bureau will be closed to the public on Mondays. The bureau will remain open to the public from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

Jac Desrosiers, director of police services, said persons visiting the Police Department when the bureau is closed can fill out a form to indicate what service they need, whether it’s a copy of a police report or to schedule a gun registration. The request will be filled by clerical staff during regular business hours.

The forms are available on the second floor of the Police Department, 23515 Goddard Road.
