Belly Dancing

 4 week Sessions start June 18th   -Class runs Friday Evenings 6:30-8pm

  • Suitable for all ages and body types. This class is a non-impact weight bearing exercise. Providing a good cardiovascular workout and helps increase both flexibility and strength.
  • Focus on core muscles (abdominal)                           
  • Builds leg strength
