City Park Locations:

 Heritage Park

Location: 12111 Pardee, between Goddard and Northline
Features: ball diamonds, soccer fields, pavilions, grills, picnic tables, restrooms, swimming pool, playground, historic buildings, shops, catch-and-release fishing pond, walking path and system, old-growth nature area, park benches, picnic area, playground, and a petting farm. Several parking lots available. The park is home to the Taylor South Little League, Junior League World Series and the Taylor Soccer Club. The Sheridan Center Open Air Pavilion (41,000-square-feet) is located in the park and hosts various events, including the Taylor Farmer's Market and Taylor Summer Festival concerts. The Taylor Conservatory & Botanical Gardens is located inside the park, next door to the petting farm along Northline Road. The conservatory hosts the popular Music & Arts in the Park summer series.

Heritage Park Petting Farm

Location: 12803 Pardee Road at the northeast corner of Pardee and Northline roads.
Features: a hands-on experience for visitors in a unique park atmosphere. A wide variety of animals live in a big red barn. Farm attendants welcome visitors and introduce them to the animals, which include goats, sheep, alpacas, ponies, cows, donkeys, rabbits, chickens, bunnies and piglets. The Welcome Center, located next to the parking lot, is the main entrance to the farm. Inside the center is the activity room, which is used for birthday parties and field trips. Souvenirs may be purchased at the front counter. During special events, guests gather around the activity room fireplace for crafts and refreshments. The farm is open year round. Check the Events page for upcoming dates and times. Just beyond the Welcome Center is the Nature Pond, home to koi fish, frogs, turtles and aquatic plant life. Visitors can walk onto the deck to get a closer look. The waterfalls provide the perfect spot for wild ducks to swim and play.

Northwest Park Location: 6000 Duncan
Features: baseball/softball area, outdoor pool, pavilion, grills, preschool-sized playscape, basketball court and large parking lot.
Jaycee Bicentennial Community Park

Features: pavilion, grills, walking path, playground, restrooms and parking.

Homestead Park Location: Cornell and Superior

Features: playground and ball diamonds. Is the home of Taylor Northeast Little League.

Miller Clapham Park Location: North of Ecorse at Pardee and Newcastle.
Features: playground, ball diamonds and pavilion. Is the home of the Taylor North Central Little League

Howard Noble Park

Location: Champaign, between Huron and Mayfair
Features: playground, picnic tables, grills and a walking path.

Donald Zub Park

Location: Dudley and Haig area, south of Wick and east of Pardee
Features: playground.

Lucinda Burns Park Location: Hipp and Avalon, south of Van Born
Features: playground equipment and picnic tables.

Rotary Park

Location: Telegraph, between Goddard and Northline behind the State Police Post.
Features: playground, softball diamonds, picnic tables and walking track.

Boardman Park

Location: On Haskell, north of Wick
Features: playscape, picnic tables, grills, walking path, baseball backstop, football/soccer fields and sledding hill.

Papp Park Location: Southwest corner of Wick and Westlake
Features: ball diamonds, pavilions, grills, playgrounds, large parking lot and restrooms. Is the home of the Taylor Northwest Little League.
