Senior Easy Fitness
This fitness program is designed to focus on basic warm up, light walking, light resistance exercise and slow stretching.
Session Dates:
Fall Session 2: October 25th - December 19th
Winter Session: January 3rd - February 27th
Spring Session 1: February 28th - April 24th
Spring Session 2: April 25th - June 19th
Summer Session: June 20th - August 21st (9 Week)
Fall Session 1: August 28th - October 17th (9 week)
