Billing Information:
The Water Department provides many customer service activities and offers information regarding safe water issues of concern to residents. The office also undertakes water meter reading within city limits. Our Automated Meter Reading System enables us to read water meters without having to enter a home or business. It also eliminates all estimated bills.

Should you receive an estimated bill, please contact the Water Department between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) at (734) 374-1363, so that any mechanical problem (such as a dead battery or loose wire) can be corrected. Water accounts are billed on a bi-monthly basis.
