The Taylor Water and Sewer Department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of 308 miles of water main and over 248 miles of sanitary sewer mains.
Should you receive an estimated bill (indicated by an "E" on your water bill), please contact the Customer Assistance Center to schedule an appointment so that any mechanical problem (such as a dead battery or loose wire) can be corrected. Water accounts are billed on a bi-monthly basis. Water bills with an "A" indicate that they are based on actual reads.
