Payment Options
Allow 3 business days from the date you received a citation to pay the citation either online, by phone, or in person. Court cashiers cannot accept payment until the citation is received and entered, which typically takes up to 3 days. Check if your citation has been received by the court. BONDS will only be accepted in person.
To pay any type of traffic or a criminal fine, dial Official Payments at 1-877-286-6070 from any touch-tone telephone or pay online at the Official Payments website. Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards are accepted. You will be asked to enter a citation number, date of birth, a daytime phone number and a credit card number. You can obtain your case or citation number. You will be informed of a convenience fee that will be charged to cover all costs of the service, including the credit card and banking fees. The court does not incur any costs for the use of this service. The amount of the convenience fee depends on the amount of the fine being paid.
Posting Bond
Bonds are accepted on open cases with 23rd District Court Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Accepted forms of payment are listed below. To post a bond for an individual that does not have an open case with 23rd District Court you must contact the arresting law enforcement agency for bond posting procedures.
