INFO: The country hoedown will run from noon-3 and feature the band “Flipside.” Tickets are $12 per person and include a catered meal.

INFO: Thanksgiving Dinner at the Lakes of Taylor includes a buffet-style dinner. Reservations required - call  (734) 287-2100. Prices are $29.95 for adults and $9.95 for children under 10. Up to eight people per table.

INFO: After being closed due to the worldwide pandemic for two straight holiday seasons, Santa's Magic Forest -- Downriver's finest holiday display -- opens weekends from Thanksgiving weekend through Christmas. Tentative hours are 5 to 8 p.m. Fridays, 1 to 8 p.m. Saturdays and 1 to 7 p.m. Sundays. Largest fund-raiser of the year for the Downriver Fish & Loaves Food Pantry.
