Pursuant to The Federal Firearms statues, The Michigan Compiled Laws Firearms Chapter and the City of Taylor Code of ordinances, The City of Taylor Police Department intends to dispose of the listed firearms. If an owner of a listed firearm wishes to file a claim for the listed firearms, the claim must be filed within a 30-day period of this posting. In order to make a claim for a listed firearm you must contact the Police Records Bureau at 734-287-6611.
The Taylor Police Department will conduct a public auction after the date of expiration using publicsurplus.com for the property listed below. Auctions are live for 2 weeks from the date of posting or until all property is sold. There will be availability for preview, coordination must be made through Public Surplus and an appointment will be made. If you are the winner of the auction, pickup must be made locally. No shipping will be made.
