Researchers for the first time have identified someone in the United States who was reinfected with COVID-19, according to a study. The report describes a 25-year-old man living in Reno, Nevada, who tested positive for the virus in April after showing mild illness. He got sick again in late May and developed more severe symptoms of COVID-19, the disease caused by the virus. That and more in the Wayne County Report for August 31, 2020.

According to the countywide COVID-19 health data for August 30, 2020, Taylor had only one newly confirmed infection, upping its total of 962. No new deaths were reported, and that total remains at 74.
